Auto repair facilities in Farmers Guaranteed Repair Program (GRP) provides policyholders with repairs to your vehicle professionally and quickly without the need to obtain multiple estimates. Repairs completed at a GRP shop are guaranteed against defects in quality and workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle.
Estimates for covered costs are organized by area, with individual line items for every repair or replacement needed to return your car to its pre-loss condition. In many cases, a claims representative will issue payment based on the estimate at the end of the initial inspection. Farmers also stands ready to re-inspect your vehicle if needed and provide supplemental payment if you, a vendor or a repair facility later identifies additional damages that are covered by your policy.
